Did you know that the decision to buy a property is made within the first 90 seconds of the visit? It is therefore vital that visitors are reassured and charmed at first sight. In order to sell your property faster and at the best price, take advantage of advice from our development manager.

As part of the estimation of your villa or apartment, we draw up a free development diagnosis. This professional intervention provides an opinion which is objective and free of any emotional ties to your property, in order to define any options for improvement, including their cost. In fact, as potential buyers frequently overestimate the cost of work required during a visit, this estimation can restrict the negotiations. The diagnosis also includes advice on making your property look its best (layout, light, presentation during visits) in order to give the visitor the best possible image.

Should you wish to carry out refurbishment work, we coordinate interventions from our partner companies. We limit costs to a maximum in order to guarantee a genuine return on investment.
